This will be a catch-all for misleading and false memes.
No HIV “vax” and other misinformation

There is a simple reason why producing a vaccine for HIV is incredibly challenging. The surface proteins that are the normal targets of vaccine are constantly changing and vary considerably within just one person.
Cancer is not a single disease and most are genetic, as opposed to caused by infectious agents. Mutations also occur due to environmental exposures, aging, and cellular processes. Only about 15% of cancer is related to viruses (HPV, HBV, HCV, EBV, KSHV, HTLV‑1, and others, for example). We have vaccines for human papilloma virus (HPV) and hepatitis B virus (HBV) and others are likely in the pipeline.
There are over 200 viruses that cause the common cold. Rhinoviruses account for 100+ of these. This also explains why as people age, people have fewer colds. Prior infections grant lifelong immunity to many of those viruses, hence there are fewer viruses that a person has never been exposed to that could give them a cold after each infection.
The COVID vaccine wasn’t developed in 12 months. This work started before 1990. Further, there was a lot of work done on vaccines for coronaviruses as a result of SARS. This also falls under the myth that 12 months was not enough time to produce vaccines.
